A cargo plane from Istanbul to Shannon just flew low over the North East of my current position. I’d like to think it was getting a bit of US military hardware out of Afghanistan.
Chaos in the airport this morning. Two hour queues through security. Four desks open out of seventeen. @Batigol asleep at the wheel.

Passed through yesterday. 1.5 hour before the flight. Waited 10 mins in the line with no movement. Paid a tenner for the rapid queue. Just made the gate.
Dublin airport is and always has been a joke. They need to move more flights to cork and hand shannon to ryanair
Also the airport itself didn’t check covid certs either. Not their jobs, just regular security for outbound.

Dublin airport has been gutted of most of its staff because of insane travel restrictions for the past 18 months.

Seemed that way. Not the issue with the workers. Its they didn’t have enough staff to open additional areas or move thick cunts on from standing at the exit of security
Ah T1 in particular is operating way over capacity for years. It’s ancient.
