Has the road network changed mate? I didn’t realise the only way to the airport now was via the M50.

What gibberish

The yankee flights threatening to pull ended that fairly sharpish

The people of North Dublin, Louth, Meath and a lot of other Northern counties will be horrified to learn their routes connecting to the M1/N1 are no longer available to them and they’ve to go on the M50.

Please stop

If properly tolled (and there’s good public transport that’s materially cheaper) it isn’t as big an issue.

Few could imagine Dublin without the Port Tunnel now.

Did somebody fez up to it ?

Lufthansa A380 about to land at Shannon shortly for a new paint job. Big machine I don’t think many have ever landed in Ireland

The Qataris landed one in DUB on their first flight.

Like a football stadium hitting the tarmac

My oldman and i share same name so we used to use the same qantas freq flyer acct to accrue pts. Both used to do a fair bit of intl travel at one stage so he/we got platinum one world.

Checked in for a flihht from brisbane to san fran and they bumped me up to business class on one of those A380 busses.

About the only time ive ever been reluctant to get off a long haul flight. Incredible space, ating, drinking, high calibre trolley dolly. Magic

Are you sure? I didn’t think Dublin runway was long enough to take them

I’m not certain, but I’m nearly certain.

My understanding is they can land there but they can’t take off routinely as the they would tear up the runway.
