Regisered for the early access in December and got the notification on the app there to get set up. Itās a lot more popular in the UK compared to Revolut. Got a free ā¬25 as part of the early sign up too. Customer Service seems to be a lot better than Revolut which will be a big thing for some. I know a lad who got banned off Revolut as a friend was doing bets for him and sending money over and back if it won before they just closed him down.
You have a lot of interesting friends like that

They suspended his account once and asked him what the nature of the transactions were. He said they were both gay and asked the lad on support would they ask a heterosexual couple such envasive questions.
The block was removed within the hour.

Being regulated in Ireland will be a big plus. Revolut hide behind their Lithuanian regulation as an excuse for doing fuck all.

The Revolut app is a thing of beauty tbf. Everything instance a long with the currency transfer.

Itās a little bit complicated but start using your revolut card for a lot of discretionary purchases. You get points for each purchase and get more if they have an affiliation (eg TUI - where you get 5 points for every ā¬ spent)
If you upgrade to one of the revolut plans eg Premium, ultra, metal you get more points per euro spent. It will also give you bonus points if you round up in on payments.
1 rev point = 1 avios and you can convert these over any time but not convert back. Then use avios points to buy or upgrade flights on avios affiliated hotels and airlines. Aer Lingus avios table will show you how many points you need for say flight to Boston economy/business etc.
Iām sure the more regular international business travellers on here will have more info on avios.

What do you mean not completely free? Youāve to purchase something to earn them as Iāve said.
I think the way you round up your spend for vaults e.g. if something is 2.75 and you do a 4x round up you put 1 euro into the vaultā¦
I think with rev points that just buys you rev points and the euro doesnāt go into savings
Going for a mortgage and have been doing a bit of coaching and receiving payments on Revoult, they are asking I notify the revenue and want me to put as additional income is there anyway around this
