What happened with this?
The muppety cunts at PTSB have done the same thing with our mortgage, found out that they have been duplicating the mortgage repayments report for the past year, with duplicate showing 4+ months arrears. Only came to light after a decline from the credit union for €7k car loan. I wrote to the cunts twice and they cannot convince me that they are capable of finding their arse with either one of both hands…
Go to the ombudsman. He’ll do fuck all no doubt but might make them do something. Also state clearly and categorically that you want to file a complaint. They have to report all official complaints so they’ll try and sort it before it gets that far
I haven’t heard anything further on that. Suppose tje great tracker ripoff took over.
The banks are fucking useless. Am about to make a complaint to the ombudsman myself because ulster bank wont send me a certificate of balance despite me going into 4 or 5 times and calling them the same amount.
Ah here, they only have between 1130and 1430 in the average working day. Go easy.
