Barcelona should be in a strong position going forward if they get the right man in. Lots of good young players like Pedri, Fati and Gavi to build the team around.

Miguel reckons Poch is the man to get the best out of a young hungry bunch of players. Clear out the last of the mercenaries and go again with the La Masia graduates and the likes of De Jong.
Barcelona have a long tradition of appointing English managers.
Someone like Xavi I think will do well there. Barcelona are ideologues, they don’t take kindly to outsiders. Pep will return in the next few years anyway.
