BBQs and barbecuing - I love ribeye more than I love my kids

I am in the market now - what burns best as a smokeless fuel in it?

Am still full after them and a hum of chimichanga sauce radiating off me that even a shower can’t dampen.

Fired up the Weber kettle there for the first time this year this evening. Bit of steak, a burger and a Buffalo meat sausage. Lovely stuff.

Looks good. Would you find putting a sprig of herbs on top during cooking makes any difference?

No idea, I used them to brush on the garlic butter.
I saw Jamie Oliver do it. I’ve no idea if it makes any difference but can’t do any harm.

Just superb. Rosemary is a great finishing touch, I’d often scatter rosemary and garlic on a steak when its nearly done.
