Acceptable winter wear or designed for attention seeking studenty types. They do look quite snug I must say, but is it acceptable to wear one?
I don’t really see how you can wear one without looking like you have some mental development issues.
I like hats and wear hats but I’m doubtful about these ones.
Are you calling the Russians retarded Braz?
I quite like the official Russian ones, I think I could pull one of those off. I would have to coordinate with a long fur coat however.
You answer your own question really there Totti. The Russians will use the bomber hat as part of a complete look with a big fuck off coat and boots and loads of really cold looking snow in the background. Frankly, it’s quite an awesome look. I believe people wearing them in more temperate climates, even during winter, do look retarded and they usually don’t commit to the look.
Bomber hats are in fashion this winter:

Good summary Braz. I’d really like to get the whole outfit this Christmas, we’ve had a couple of very cold winters lately and I want to be comfortable and stylish at the same time. I have had a look on ebay and found a few cool hats for sale, they’ve even got the hammer and sickle badge on the front. Sourcing the proper jacket could prove to be the most difficult part.
I met RTT in the pub last night, he was wearing a funny contraption on his head which he informed me is called a “slouchy beanie”
Oversized slouchy beanies are the only wat to go this winter.
I thought only stoners or Colin Farrell wear those?
RTT is only one of those
Fashion guru David Beckham is a massive fan of them. Enough said.
A peaked beanie is the way to go:

I wear a trilby in the winter and a panama in the summer. That’s it for hats for me.
You should try a fedora next summer, it’s a panama hat with a little extra zest.

I was going to buy one of these yesterday and may well yet, it looked quite well on me.

I had one of those but in the end I cut off the frilly bits and it was an even better hat. I have a nice reversible beanie hat for the cold evenings, stripey on one side, plain on the other, depending on my outfit.
Was it like this? Sick Bawsterd.
