Youâd nearly have been better off laying Mastercraftsman??
Backing the field to beat him then. Would only cost you just over a score to lay him for 100.
He wonât be bet so it is irrelevant
did you have him e/w?
No backed him at 15.0 on betfair, only had a small sum on it, My winnings from the Scum v Scum bore draw will make up for it
Would have been a nice each way poke there Puke.
I poxed a tidy each way double myself today, Cape Marien and Denton at Wolves, âŹ10 win singles and âŹ10 each way double paid âŹ306. There was proper money for that Denton, I see The Runt was on earlyâŚ
The Voice is getting married this weekend, lads. Iâm not sure if being seen at your own wedding will count as a celeb spot.
Sad news today with some Cashmans shops in cork being bought out by Ladbrokes, is it the beginning of the end for them?

A fellow employee jumped ship from Cashmans a few months back as he knew what was coming. They are a joke according to him.
âŹ1.4 million for five shops. Not exactly a big punt that. They had come out recently saying they hadnât any plans to increase their estate over here. They really over paid for Eastwoods though. If the FOBTs come in to this state I suppose itâll all have been worth it for them.
You would really wonder how the on-course layers and off course independents are going to survive even in the short term.
Dont know why firms are investing in betting shops. Online is where its at.

I actually meant to bump this after coming back from Edinburgh. I popped into a bookies over there to check the score of a game. There were 3 FOBTâs in the corner and each was occupied with another 3 people waiting behind them to have a go. they are bad news.
I know betterâŚ
FOBTâs Iâd imagine. Plus shops in working class areas will always do well, where there wouldnât be the same level of Broadband/computer use.
You lot donât know what youâre talking about. The Runt has an idea though.
Before we know it weâll have just Powers and Ladbrokes as the only shows in townâŚ
Would any of the betting industry employees be able to hazard a guess for me what percentage of customers would be in long term profit in there online accounts?
3 - 5%
But if you consistantly show a profit they will shut you down.

Would that 3-5% be any type of long term profit? (As in above âŹ1 upwards)
Are you afraid you will be shut down?
