George Hamilton has mixed up Whelan and McCarthy a good half a dozen times tonight. Seems to do it in every match

A more traditional 4-5-1 now with Walters and McClean on the wings and Hendrick being the midfielder getting up closest to Long.

McClean needs to be more subtle there. The leaning is fine, the arms out is obvious.

We need more out of Long, Walters and McClean here to take some pressure off. Clark seems to be reverting to type in the second half and looks a weak link, we will do well to hold out defending deep for the bones of another half an hour
