We won’t be in until late enough. Around 10.30 ‘uh-oh’ isn’t able to get out before then.

One man dead.

By his coaches by all accounts.

How involved is Macklin with these cunts?

Up to his bollox sure - he trains in their gym.

It’s “his” gym though.

Surely he would have enough sense to distance himself from them seeing as his good friend was nearly taken out by them in a case of mistaken identity.

The card tomorrow has been cancelled.

Those who backed an early stoppage can go and collect

No he’s still heavily involved. His company MGM was promoting the bout. Looks like Daniel Kinahan was one of the one shot.

I assume the Monk’s hummer is not available to rent any time soon.

The Monk still involved in gangland? Thought he was all clean now.

Read the papers son.

One “associate” of the Kinahans dead, one injured and Daniel himself also injured.

David Byrne was the name I heard in the bookies just there.

I don’t.

Can you Craig David?

It’s so brazen it’s like something out of The Godfather.

Can you chaps ladybird it for me?

What gangs are feuding with each other?

How does it relate to Macklin?

  • Macklin runs MGM (Macklin’s Gym Marbella)
  • The Kinahans are closely associated with both this gym and Macklin personally
  • The hit is supposedly in retaliation for the murder of The Monk’s nephew in Spain before Christmas
  • Jamie Kavanagh who was headlining the event tomorrow night has had both his uncle and father whacked in the past year, supposedly by the Kinahans. He trains out of Macklin’s gym.
  • Jamie Moore, who was training Macklin at the time of the fight was allegedly mistaken for Kavanagh’s father when he was shot.

From the Sunday world last year:

They look like two Premier League footballers in their pimped-up rides, but gangland brothers Liam and David Byrne wear the colours of just one team – the Kinahan mob.
The brothers have been turning heads in their south Dublin stronghold as they swan around in their extravagant jeeps.

Liam (36), parks his customised ‘Autobiography’ Range Rover outside his fortress home on Raleigh Square, Crumlin, and is regularly chauffered around by his friend and business partner Sean McGovern.

The specialist jeep costs an eye-watering €200,000 and features a chiller cabinet, electrically-powered picnic table, Mohair carpets and aluminium coat hooks.
