The mrs had British insurance for her bidness…theyre gone now and Paddy, who she has had to go with now, has upped it by just over a 150 notes… Not a massive amount BUT, we’ve been impacted by Brexit.

Thoughts and prayers welcome at this time…

Brits out

Small price to pay

I haven’t been affected yet this morning. Mrs. Kremmen, however, has pointed out that the omnibus editions of Emmerdale and Coronation Street have moved to ITV 3 from ITV 2 and that the running order has been reversed. Fuck Brexit.

Went to bed with anxiety watching the jingoistic pricks on tv last night. It’s now time for a United Ireland. Wouldn’t have cared before but fuck them off out of it now.

So… In the certifying of Part L of Building Regs, British BBA Certs were often used to prove the U value of insulation etc… Not sure they’ll be acceptable now? I’d say NSAI have been busy.

I noticed yesterday that plants in Woodies had phytosanitary certificates attached. A phytosanitary cert is required when importing live plants from outside the EU.

We’ll say the plant originated in Holland, was imported to the UK and then moved again outside the UK to Ireland using the Woodies distribution system. This has added a noticeable cost to the plants.

Also, I noticed some plants that came directly from the EU, had no cert but also unfortunately had no care description in English on the label. Other plants had the cert stuck over the description making it illegible.

We have two additional MEPs now. I’m sure they’ll be fantastic, coming from 2 of the finest political dynasties, the Barry’s and the Andrews.

Had some painful banter with a few Brits who arrived at DUB last night at around 11 regarding Brexit. As per the norm, I didn’t entertain it and kept stoic but inside it was tough. Fuck you David Cameron
