Budget 2013

I havent seen a thread for this so forgive me if there is already one.

So an 3 billion adjustment is in order today. I am wondering how Michael Noonan is going to fleece of me today?

If you were to FOAD next week you won’t get as much as you would have if you had FOAD last week.

I’m more interested in Budget 2014 to be honest.

Certainly have kept where the cuts are coming a lot quieter than last year. They’ve talked about lowering medical card qualifying and dropping the phone allowance but that won’t raise huge amount so there’s a big fucking kick coming. And who will they most likely take it off? Middle aged people with young families, working so hard they don’t have time to complain*. Old people have all day to get pissed off and ring Joe duffy or annoy their td.

*Obviously I have time to complain on tfk.

There will be no change to your take home pay.

This free GP care for under 5’s is a fucking joke.

+1 It wouldn’t take more than a few thousand Benjamin Button types to blow a massive hole in that budget.

@Rocko please change the thread title

@Rocko also please remove Taz’s permission to start new threads

Just remove Taz altogether:)

good idea:)

Will the budget have any effect on the increaing demand of fixies?

its a superb idea…not a chance I’m getting private health care now the little one can go free to the doc …:pint::pint:
I believe the children are our future,Teach them well and let them lead the way
Show them all the beauty they possess inside,Give them a sense of pride to make it easier
Let the children’s laughter remind us how we used to be…

Facepalm.

hopefully they raise taxes on the traditional forms of transport which will make cars uneconomic

if it came down to a shootout between fixies and multi speed bikes the public will pick fixies as their preferred method of transport

Sure the money to pay for free GP care for kids was pulled directly form the savings made in the reduced level of maternity leave payment…

with a nice surplus for Noonon on balance.

CUNTISH.

GP visits generally aren’t covered under private health care?
Private health care is more to do with hospitals, and the medical card for under 5’s is GP only.
Nice to see the value you put on your little one’s health.

Depends on your plan. Our plan would give you 25 towards every visit.

:DI made the exact same error last year and I believe you were the very man to pull me up on it!

It was actually Runt.
I just bumped it. :pint:
