Heâs a more than passable rotation commentator. Maybe the 4th choice in a World Cup tournament where he plays the Adrian Eames/Stephen Alkin role, commentating on a 11.30am midweek kick-off between Saudi Arabia & Ecuador. But he should not be RTEâs lead football commentator.

I must be one of very few on here who doesnât have complete disdain for Matt Doherty. Sure he couldâve been faster tracking back on Tszolis in the 2-0 defeat to Greece but was one of the top RWBâs in Europe for a while there in 2019, got big moves to Spurs and Atletico and has been decent enough for Wolves this season.
Whatâs the stadium food offering like Chops?
