Itās over ten years since I had a sip of cider, Hudson Blue or any other. Fell down a flight of stairs and crashed through a shower door last time I got drunk on that stuff. Some mental switch must have been flicked cos I could never go near the stuff subsequently.
Why was there a shower door at the bottom of the stairs?
There wasnāt. They were actually two separate incidents on the same night, fell down the stairs first, then when I got into my room I fell through the shower door. A miserable place on Shantalla Road.
Has anyone sampled the new recipe stuff yet, as in had over 8 pint bottles of it on a session? If so does it still cause a lad to scutter non stop the following day?
I havenāt yet, Iāll buy a few bottles from the offy next week and report back as TFKs guinea pig . I need to do a bit of spring cleaning anyway.

Tried this stuff abut a month ago and thought it was absolute piss. I ended up giving three cans of it to a tramp on shop street. He normally drinks Dunnes own brand beer so it held some novelty value for him.
I hope the poor chap had some sort of access to a public toilet.
