Just get 2 lads to write to the Court Clerk saying they think you’re unsuitable for jury duty, you’ll probably be taken off the list for a year.
It worked for you in the case of TFK V @bill where he got “excused” from duty.

I dunno really. @FatChops seems sound enough but some fellas be Gaa craaazzee. It used to drive @myboyblue mad if anyone mentioned anything bad about gaa players from outside of Dublin but then he’d celebrate a gaa player from Dublin being stabbed. Some lads are just different I suppose.

Called for Jury Duty in mid December at the Criminal Court.
Closer to date is there somewhere I can see what case are due to be held on the day, obviously I will (if selected) adopt an open mind

Innocent until proven guilty etc

I got called there for jury duty in Galway. Fortunately I was away in Africa at the time, so was able to get out of it.

Has anyone every been fined for not turning up? Last time I was there about 50 people didn’t bother their holes going, I doubt they chased them up.

Legal Diary is posted up on courts.ie - diary usually posted up a week beforehand. It’s a fellow County man if yours that heads up the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court, I believe.
