A question.

If Mignolet was to receive a second yellow card in this League Cup game tonight, he would have to replaced by an outfield player as Liverpool have 3 subs on already.

Would that player then take over Mignolet’s jersey or put on a different keeper’s shirt? The reason I ask is that Mignolet’s shirt number and name would have been dismissed, so can another player continue on wearing that shirt and number?

He would be replaced by an outfield player, but that player would probably take Mignolet’s jersey, unless the kitman had a blank keeper’s jersey handy.
