Labour deserter
Iād go so far as to say he was the figure running the country behind the scenes from 1970-1990. No problem to switch parties to make sure ran the show.
Soccer commentator Tony Gubba has sadly died aged 69.
Very sad, always like Tonyās familiar commentary. Was he working to the end?
A fine, understated commentator and a true professional, most memorably for football but he was also a fixture at Lakeside for many years. RIP Tony.
RIP Tony
Ah thatās a shame. Never the main commentator but heād pop up on Sportsnight or doing goals round ups on Football Focus etc. I liked him and Gerald Sinstadt.
Ah Tony Gubba, shite didnāt realise he had passed, always liked him.
MBB, given that Hugo Chavez, a celebrity who has died, has been ruled invalid, I am picking somone else in his place to make up my five - I choose Pope Francis the first.
frank thorton aka captain peacock passed away over the weekend. he was also well known for a role he had in last of the summer wine but, having never watched, ill leave that for fagan to opine on.

RIP Tony Gubba, was an excellent commentator. Only 69

RIP Richard Griffiths, 65. Starring in just about anything British over the past 40 years, including Ghandi, Chariots of Fire, Gorky Park, Withnail and I and the Harry Potter films, he passed away after complications during heart surgery.

Heās a fine age all the same, hasnāt he left behind a fair litter at this stage too?
Rick Flairs son reid is dead
Rest in Peace Reid. Seems to have been an overdose. Poor Ric found him dead in a hotel room.
Not a celebrity ffs.
