Louis Edwards sacked him. It must have been love though because the Doc and Mary Brown stayed together to present day.
The only manager ever sacked for falling in love he said of his sacking at Old Trafford. He always claimed it didn’t bother him that Mary Brown was worth 20 Manchester United’s.
Had a very sour relationship with Man U after that. He went looking for tickets once as was prerogative as a former manager and the club invoiced him for them.
He spent most of his playing days at Preston North End. He was treated like royalty at Deepdale.
The sacking was for sending Jim Brown on scouting trips mid week
Schneakey!
MFDOOM, just been listening to him on Gorillaz November Has Come
Coronation St villain Alan Bradley is gone.
Vile club.
I thought the Tram got him?
Not as bad as West Hams treatment of Bobby Moore but awful nonetheless
Man U or Preston North End?
They all are tbf.
He’ll never admit the terror the scousers inflicted on juventus fans.
Rafer Johnson slipped away on 02/12/20 unbeknownst to me.
For those of you unfamiliar with Rafer’s exploits, I’d advise looking him up.
Rafer was one of the good guys. RIP.
Same faith as poor Fungie.
Sad day for Cork GAA, they’ve reported the death of Gaelic Football coach Eamonn Ryan
That’s sad. I’d know a son and daughter of his. RIP
