He played Carlow RTC one time. Must have been about 1980. The older brother was there at the time and I begged him to bring me, but he wouldn’t. He said there was only about 20 people at it. He certainly seemed to have a checkered career.

My brother informed me that Kris Kristofferson played in the Longford Arms Hotel back in the 90s.

His message ended with the line ‘Things mustn’t have been going well for him at the time’.

I shared a lift with Will Ferrell in the Clarence Hotel and he said that my toddler daughter was beautiful, or cute or something like that
