McCarthy and Johnson are surely done at this stage, Forrest is all but finished. Vata will come in, if he stays but even thats unclear. Talk is that Celtic are ringing around & desperately trying to get a left back to cover for/compete with the currently injured Taylor so we don’t have to rely on Bernabei.
McGowan in that Daily Mail article from yesterday evening mentioned a couple of names. Kurzawa at PSG was one, but he seems to be doing a James McCarthy there - he’s played 8 times in 3 years. The other lad was Bueno at Wolves but the club turned us down - I’ve never heard of the player.

I can’t believe they got £2 million for that small fat fuck.
He’s average sized & lean. 
That was a bit of a shambles of a transfer window.
A positive spin on it might say we got rid of a few players who aren’t strong enough (Turnbull, Johnston, Ideguchi, Phillips). And we got Kwon and Tillio out to get experience because they’re not good enough yet anyway.
And then you’d hope that Idah is really just cover for Oh and we didn’t buy him because we think we’ll get our real target in the summer.
And hard to find a positive spin to put on our failure o sign a left back but maybe we are being patient because our squad was too big.
But ultimately we had a lot of money available and a chance to make the league title more probable and we didn’t take it at all.
