Rogic showboating in the middle of the park. Boyata has stepped up well with a couple of interceptions since I started watching. We’re generally quite purposeful, particularly GMS.

I think he’s relatively highly rated. He wants to play out from the back the whole time anyway. Nothing to do but looks to have a bit of presence.

Mulgrew is playing alongside Boyata in central defence today. Virgil is suspended for the first leg of our opening CL qualifier so these two are probably starting together then.

Interesting to see Rogic is being used in a deeper central midfield role, is he in with a chance of making it or is he a busted flush?

I’m giving him a sporting chance. Ronny was praising him after our first game - said he was improving every day and was showing why Celtic bought him in the first place. Clearly had a fair bit to learn but he seems to be getting a chance now to become a Bitton type player.

Even though he’s been playing deeper he’s had some amount of shots over the first two games. Good threat from distance.
