How do Everton and West Ham get on in Europe? I think it’s usually humiliation in either the EL group stage or qualifier rounds of they ever qualify.

That’s what I think as well. I follow a good villa channel on YouTube and they were talking about potential striker signings and rating them. They mention Edouard and my ears perk up, I thought Villa wouldn’t have a chance of getting Edouard, that he’d move to Chelsea or Man City, maybe Leicester. Dream signing for villa along with Tammy Abrahamson. Maybe even ahead of Tammy. Anyway they start slagging him off - all the goals he’s scored are in Scotland, completely unproven, a poor option, etc. People haven’t a fucking clue.

an aston villa fan youtube channel - weird
A very good way to keep track of what’s going on at the club. There isn’t a huge amount of coverage or discussion of Villa in the MSM.

Edouard would be a great signing for Villa. Premier League clubs should open their eyes to potential bargains in the SPL. Just look at the likes of Van Dijk, Tierney, Wanyama. Even the likes of Armstrong and Forster have had relative success in the Prem too. Jelavic made a great initial impact if you include Sevco in the discussion.
