I think Celtic should probably loan him back to Shams until January, heāll get regular game time there and if Shams get into Europe, heāll get a few matches at a decent level.
Iād like to see Celtic also try and do a similar deal for Ally McCann if St Johnstone get into Europe.
Ange Postecoglou is tracking French striker Thomas Henry as a replacement for exit-bound Odsonne Edouard.
The new Celtic boss, who has seen new signings Kyogo Furuhashi and Liel Abada hit the ground running, wants more firepower and is ready to pounce for the 26-year-old OH Leuven striker.
And he hasnāt been put off by the Belgian outfit rejecting Swansea Cityās Ā£6million bid for him three weeks ago.
The Parkhead outfit will bring in around Ā£18m for Edouard if, as expected, he heads to England before the end of the transfer window.
And Postecoglou has been told that he can reinvest the cash in his squad - with the Aussie on record as saying he is hoping for another two recruits to come through the door by the end of the week.
One of those in his sights is 6ft 4in targetman Henry, who has an impressive return of 41 goals from 71 appearances for the Belgian top flight outfit - including 21 last season.
Edouard, meanwhile, is facing a sweat to be fit for Thursdayās showdown with Jablonec as the race to land the Hoops hitman hots up with Jose Mourinhoās Roma taking interest.
The frontman slotted a late penalty in Sundayās 6-0 win against Dundee after coming off the bench.
But the 23-year-old got crocked AFTER the game in the warm down and is now a major doubt for the Europa League clash.
Edouardās future could also be resolved by the end of the week with Brighton in the box seat to land the striker after Southampton opted to move to land Chelsea kid Armando Broja on loan.
Mourinhoās Roma are also in the market for a frontman and sources in Italy have suggested the Hoops star has been flagged up as a potential bargain with Eden Dzeko tipped to head to Inter Milan.
Brighton have been told it will cost around Ā£20m to do a deal with Celtic and boss Graham Potter is looking to tool up after banking Ā£50m for Ben Whiteās switch to Arsenal.
Potter said: āThe finances involved meant it was a really good option for us as a club to improve, to keep growing, and we need to then use the money wisely to develop the team further.ā
Meanwhile Celtic outcast Vaslis Barkas is edging closer to a Parkhead exit with former club AEK Athens set to step up their bid to take him back amid interest from clubs in Italy.
CELTIC are on the brink of winning the chase for Ā£7million French striker Thomas Henry.
The Hoops are hopeful of securing a big-money deal for the prolific hitman who plays in Belgium with OH Leuven.
Several clubs were tracking Henry, but Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou is now in pole position to land the forward who scored 21 goals for his club in the Belgian top flight last season.
Henry, 26, is seen as the ideal replacement for Odsonne Edouard.
Leuven snapped up the 6ft 4in striker for just Ā£400,000 from Belgian rivals Tubize-Braine only two years ago.
Over the past two seasons, Henry has scored 42 times and provided 12 assists in just 75 appearances, including a goal in the 1-1 league draw with Charleroi on Sunday.
That haul has led to his value rocketing, with Leuven reluctantly agreeing to cash in on their prize asset.
Henryās arrival would soften the blow of losing Edouard, with Brighton now favourites to land his signature this month.
Crystal Palace, Newcastle and Roma are also interested in the Frenchman.
A deal for Henry, to provide competition for weekend hat-trick hero Kyogo Furuhashi, would represent a major bonus for Postecoglou.
6ft 4 and has a very decent goal record. Bring him home
Before @thedancingbabys tome but he could be the new Pierre
That era was traumatic
Pierre was class , i had a season ticket when he was there, some great games - you were there too at that time?
Looks decent. I give this my approval.
Yes. The highs were high, the lows were
We had brilliant players, but the huns were begging borrowing and stealing money to buy the best talent in Europe, and assorted officials

Buta deal off?
Buta off to Everton apparently.
Not really too much of a credible source here butā¦
Iāve always preferred Juranovic over Buta.
Iād be happy with either, both look excellent going forward.
Any news on the striker?
Not yet. I honestly canāt see Celtic sanctioning a major move outside of defenders until Edouard is out of the building.
We probably have another 2 strikers weād rather not have at the club at the moment in Ajeti and Griffiths too. But Edouardās time is up and it would be great to get decent money for him.
