Strong rumours is was done…wages an issue?
I think it’s more a case of the rumours being misplaced or exaggerated. I doubt we’ve been discussing wages with him.
Surely McCarthy is way too expensive for Celtic?

Having a medical apparently.
Gamboa has signed. Slightly concerned by the lack of solid rumours linking us with a central midfielder which is our obvious gap.

I hope Simunovic stays.
Simunovic is signing for Torino. 
We need a centre midfield player and I’ll be satisfied with the squad additions. It’d be no harm to sell a few by the end of tomorrow too like Ciftci, GMS, Armstrong, Ambrose and Commons.
I’d keep Ciftci until January at least as we only have Dembele and Griffiths up front.

It’s a fucking disgrace if after we have pocketed around £20m from the CL that our business involves getting in a full back who has barely played in a year for a nominal fee and selling off a highly rated and promising defender for £4m.

Fee/contract terms could not be agreed or a medical was failed depending on who you listen to.
I’m happy he is stating. I thought he looked very promising last year when fit and I’m confident he can be a big addition when he returns to fitness.
