That was shocking. Forster should have saved it. Wilson should have matched the only run the lad was making and Kayalâs mis-control allowed them to break. 2-1 down.
Lennon out.
Decent cross from Izaguirre after Mulgrew and Ledley created space for him but Stokes headed straight at the keeper from 6 yards out. Good chance.
Stokes should have scored there.
I couldnât tell really whether Forster should have saved it. Hard to see what sort of deflection it took or how that might have deceived him. It did seem like a soft effort though.
Wilson did track the run but Iâm not sure why he allowed him to run 5 yards free. Needed to be much tighter.
Nearly ripped open again there. Commons was unlucky to have his cross blocked and then Izzy showed an awful touch and Vernon was in loads of space but his ball to McGinn was dreadful. We seem wide open at the back and loads of sloppy touches everywhere.
1-3.

That what I mean, yer man ran from way outside him across him and in front of him and he didnât react for ages. Poor.
3-1 now.
Gavin Rae shot flicked into the corner by Magennis.
Sammy on for Kayal.
Forster was bad again to give away that corner ahead of the 3rd goal. Heâs been way below par since coming back into the team at the start of February.
Jesus, not sure how we didnât score there.
Lennon launched a big tirade about how he wouldnât tolerate the performances and attitudes of what his players have been doing recently yet we still see more or less the same side that youâd see any anyway given the absentees of certain players. Hooper has not been in good form lately, Ambrose has been a liability, Mulgrew has been very poor, Forster has been making mistakes, Commons has been indifferent. Samaras seems to be the only player dropped and he has been one of our few positive performers of late. How can the players respond to such a spoofer?
He doesnât strike me as a very natural player. He makes strange decisions and looks strangely uncomfortable in some rather basic situations. Talented but needs loads of coaching still.
Commons very close there with a cracking strike.
Totti is clearly not watching this game but feels he can comment about Hooper anyway. Probably our best player today after Commons.
Iâm commenting about Lennon you over-sensitive buffoon.
Lassad for Stokes.
Scramble in the box after a corner and Mulgrew has a swing with his right and it deflects into the roof of the net.
2-3. Mulgrew.
Lassad for Stokes before that.
Decent area for this free kick. Commons remains the most likely source of a chance.
