Simunovic having another below par game so far.
Aberdeen TV commentary team complaining about the advertising boards being distracting.
Their usual right back Logan is man marking Sinclair even though he’s not playing as a winger. Their shape is very ragged as players are being dragged into unfamiliar positions but we haven’t taken advantage yet.
This is really bad by Simunovic. He’s all over the place.
He’s not really the type who would seem to suit being the spare man. Better having someone to mark. But he seems to be short on confidence or concentration or something at the moment.
Great chance there but Jack did very well to recover.
Tame first half. Roberts and Sinclair look dangerous. McGregor and Forrest too quiet. Henderson was warming up there and I’d bring him on sooner rather than later and try and get better possession in their half. Tierney has looked good going forward again - not much required from Brown, Bitton or the back 3 but we haven’t really used the ball well. Would like Brown to be getting forward more but presume he has less license in this formation.
We seem to have switched Boyata into the centre of defence at HT with Simunovic going left.

Indeed. Wouldn’t have marked him down as a ball playing defender a few weeks ago.
