There seems to be dwindling interest here in Glasgow Celtic. Only a fraction of the discussion and analysis that there used to be is. Is the complete absence of Irish playing involvement turning people off?
I can only touch the screen for myself, but I was at the baby fair in the RDS this afternoon and missed the game.

The answer may be related to changes in lifestyle. Lads become immersed in children’s issues / join the yacht club or the cricket club/ debating societies or become experts in DIY matters. Their lives are thus fulfilled for the time being…
The interest in Celtic may loosely be attached to Coach Rodgers… A fucking spoofer and a hard-necked chancer who’s gotten away with it for too long. The SPL in fairness isn’t any great shakes, barely championship standard in the EPL, surviving on sectarianism and bitterness.

Boyata and Sinclair started a few games for Manchester City.
Ntcham was signed from there but don’t think he ever played first team for Manchester City.
Arzani was signed by them from Australia and loaned onto Celtic. Hasn’t featured in a Celtic first team squad yet.
I might be missing others.
Celtic’s CEO Peter Lawwell has a son working in some role under Brian Marwood at Manchester City apparently.

My mole in China - a gentleman called the doll, has given me the inside story on a massive deal BR was offered at the start of the season. He was close to taking it and bringing Dembele with him but Desmond and liewell offered him a CL bonus instead. I’ll get more details and pass them on but you didn’t hear them from me
