Taylor has been decent overall I think.
Maybe we could do with an upgrade but for what we paid for him, I am quite happy and he is still young with plenty of scope to press on.

Strange sort of half. We’ve been very much on top and dominated possession without really owning the ball in midfield. We seem to be going direct and wide quickly which is working well. But Christie, Forrest and Elyonoussi are tidy on the ball but not doing much more. The wide players are drifting in and leaving room for the full backs which has worked well but we haven’t been able to get them involved enough when they come in.
They’ve caused a few problems with long balls. We have two small full backs and McGregor doesn’t do much in the air so they’re getting a bit of joy from lumping the ball forward.

He probably lacks a bit of pace but he looks good today and you can train to be more explosive. He’s certainly fine for the squad but we do need depth there.
Bolingoli did have a few good months for us last season, he was excellent in the first derby.
But he had a few bad outings and has disappeared completely from the picture since.
