Celtic v Huns ☘

Celtic defending at the back post has been dodgy for a long time. Need to be much more aggressive.

Silva and sterling on each wing have the better of their direct opponent

Don’t know where Forrest was for the huns goal. Barisic on the overlap left Johnston two on one.

Has to be a red !

Brutal tackle that

I think he’s a bit unlucky there but he’s a thug.

Apart from the own goal and the red card Lundstram was superb.

Who is the co-commentator saying that’s not a red card? :joy: :joy: :joy:

“For me its a booking and no more” as some lad on commentary watches one of the worst tackles of all time in slow motion

That’s a bit like head tackles in rugby. He can’t complain about that.

It must be Kris Boyd

Lunsdtrum has been immense for Celtic

Difficult to work out who the former Rangers and Celtic player is supporting today. :joy:

'But Johnston plaaants his foot…!
Never a red!!

Bizarre. Think Forrest has done well but he was up near the halfway line still for most of that.

Celtic need to keep the tempo high & pass it quickly. Have had several good openings when we’ve broken their press. They might drop off a bit now with ten but still should try to move them around & get at their back four. No need to overcommit or for any gung ho stuff but should twist the knife & get the next goal.

We’re very weak defending any cross or long diagonal to the back stick. Hopefully the red card will lessen the chances of them being able to get in attacking positions to do that consistently. But they’ll still probably have some play & direct balls for us to deal with.

And we know the drill here…Celtic will need to beware the ref evening it up.

McCausland for Soutar - Sterling to centre back.

They’ll hardly commit someone to man mark mcgregor now ?
