McCourt took them on, lost it in a tackle it came to Aiden who dipped and dummied and went outside the defender before blasting home from a tight angle. Good finish.
Samaras with a cracking spin there but squared it when he might have shot and nothing came from it. At least we’re attacking with enthusiasm for once.

Ah McCourt with a lovely pass for Samaras who drilled it across for McDonald but his shot was saved at point blank range. McCourt playing nice stuff here and Hinkel and Fox are getting forward all the time which is pulling them all over the place.
That was a lovely move all right. Our defence is shite so we should just attack, attack, attack, attack, attack. McCourt needs to play all the time.

Zaluska wasn’t very commanding there - lucky not to concede.
Have only seen 20 minutes of this but N’Guemo’s looking better than he has in a few weeks. It will be interesting to see if he can develop some understanding with Crosas, who needs to take this chance and blossom. He has it in his locker to play with a bit of asurance and composure, which could blend well with N’Guemo. Brown was all energy and hustle and quite similar to N’Guemo but Crosas should be more like Donati.
Hinkel’s got another assist, he puts in some good deliveries, and he was one of the few to do well the other night too.
