Celtic v Kilmarnock

Few changes today, mostly positive, though can’t understand why McGregor continues to be selected every week.

Gordon
Matthews Denayer Virgil Izaguirre
McGregor Brown Johansen Wakaso
Scepovic Guidetti

Zaluska, Ambrose, Mulgrew, Lustig, Tonev, Griffiths, Kayal.

Willie Collum the star of the show so far. So refreshing to see a referee so prominent in all aspects of the game.

Killie down to 10

McGregor has played really well today actually. Nice ball there to Scepovic who was brought down by Pasquale.

GGGGGGUUUUUUUUUUUIIIIIIIIIIDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDEEEEEEEEEEEETTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTIIIIIIIIIIIII

Nice strike of a free kick from Super Guidetti. Bit of pace on it which he needed going that side.

Scepovic has had some good movement today, he’s running in behind them and causing some problems.

Very close to a second. Scepovic did really well to setup McGregor who took ages over his chance and didn’t shoot. Scepovic had a nice effort on the rebound cleared off the line.

Guidetti close to a second now but well saved.

SSSSSSSSCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCEEEEEEEEEEEEEPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVIC

Lovely cross from Wakaso and a cushioned finish from Scepovic who looks full of confidence after his goal during the week.

Griffiths on for Scepovic who had Pascali sent off in winning the free kick for the first goal and scored the second. Snatched at a couple of chances but he was lively again today and looked sharp around the box.

Mulgrew on for Johansen too.

Straightforward win. Didn’t really cough up any chances of note which has been a rarity. Front two worked well together. McGregor had one of his better games, though he faded after the break. Izzy was decent going forward too. Europa League qualification here we come.
