I was delighted when he came back as I thought he would really take Hatate, Kyogo, O’Reilly especially to the next level. Safe to say my enthusiasm has lessened somewhat since summer. Question is if BR does walk or gets sacked who comes in?

With millions in severance from the Saudis he’d hardly want be tempted by the delights of Glasgow? Anyway we’ll see what happens today, might be a tactical masterclass on the way…

Much quicker in our passing today. Kyogo really has to score that chance a couple of minutes ago though. O’Riley too but I guess he was on the stretch.
That was a better performance. First half hour was very good though we should have scored a couple. Not as convincing towards the end of the half.
First 30 minutes - pretty good but lacking the goal.
Last 15 minutes - pretty sloppy.
Don’t think it was quite a gimme for Kyogo, not a whole pile of the goal to aim for. Taylor’s drilled ball across that went through the defender & Maeda the main other incident where a goal looked likely.
Big second half now obviously. A Kyogo goal would be massive ahead of upcoming games, he really needs that confidence boost.
Not entirely impossible this could degenerate into something approaching the last few home games but I’m choosing to believe they will be willed on by the support. It’s a kind of “any win will do” scenario to reset & push on.
