Whether that proves true or not, it’s inexcusable that we didn’t play him in the second half of last season so he’d have some experience.

So Johnston and Dembele are both out for medium or long term it seems. This could be the end of Mikey. He can’t seem to stay fit.

A loan move might be best for Mikey. Niggly injuries have really stalled his progress. Wonder if there might be another left winger targeted now?
Not a bad side from midfield up but that back four gives me the fear.
