Tierney trained today (but is still a doubt). I reckon he’ll play given the upcoming break.
Rodgers also confirmed today that Weah was over for talks so that looks likely.

Rumors this morning that Edouard is out or not starting at least.
Talk also of McGregor playing left back with Ntcham in midfield. And Johnston starting up front instead of Edouard who can’t play 90. But lots of conflicting speculation.

Jesus that’s a big blow with Edouard but a huge chance for Johnston in a game like this.
Not sure I’d have gone for McGregor left back but he has played there more than Hayes I guess. Will badly miss him in midfield.
Outside chance it’s wing backs but I hope not. That didn’t work at all at Hibs.

Edouard and Tierney show up later
Yeah, I’d prefer it to be 4-4-1-1 albeit McGregor being shunted to left back isn’t ideal. Hope we don’t get caught out trying to accommodate all our main (and fully fit) players in the starting XI rather than going with the best player for a specific position. That said, Ntcham was the MoTM and match winner against them at Celtic Park earlier this season and maybe Hayes, like Edouard, isn’t ready to play a full ninety.

Yeah I think it’s more about the lack of a fit left back, rather that squeezing the best players in.
Rodgers has that thing as well about finishing strongly and I’d imagine he’s conscious of how well Edouard has done as an impact sub in the past.
