In other news I see Johnny Kenny scored again yesterday , pity the Celtic boo boys gave him such a hard time .
Very odd half.
Good first 20 minutes and then we just played far too slowly and conservatively. Tounetki and Tierney most guilty of playing backwards. McGregor not really getting on it at all and Sinisalo dawdling on it.
Excellent goal to end the half though. And could this be the day we have a comfortable second half ?

Celtic are absolutely shite.
So so bad. No pace. No energy. No fight. Nothing.
I also can’t fathom why McCowan is brought on ahead of Hatate. Arthur has looked hopeless for the last 10 mins.
Extra time to come.
The first half was a big improvement on the last three league games, which is a concern based on @Bisto ’s assessment of that.
But that second half was obscenely bad. I’d have McCowan behind Hatate & Bernardo. I don’t know why he’s so high up the pecking order but the problems are all over the pitch.

Why did he tackle with his hands instead of diving with his feet for the equaliser ??
We don’t carry any threat with the ball. We seem afraid to shoot. We can’t control the play in midfield. And we get scared when teams play the ball behind us.
They have a kid in goals and we’re not testing him at all.
Their first goal came from Celtic casually giving away the ball, being presented with it back & then cheaply giving it away again. McGregor towing a caravan down the line after the guy who crossed it in & Tierney weak & outmuscled for the header. The equaliser came from a Celtic throw down the line. One ball forward, a touch around the corner & Arthur caught on his heels. But no control of the game or ability to kill them off with some attacking play & a third goal.
