Very likely the first two things happen and United aren’t playing CL football next year.
Only two English clubs in the last 16. 4 from Spain all going through as group winners.
Don’t forget Sevilla finishing on 2 points, 6 points adrift at the bottom of their group.

The English clubs are far weaker in the Champions League this season without Liverpool. To be expected I suppose without a team who’ve been in 3 finals in the last 6 seasons.
