Champions League 2024/2025

I would. I think he was a dinger at Leeds and went to Barca when they were a bit of a mess. Even Lewandowski was struggling for them last year until Flick came in.

Injuries have been an issue but he’s on a steady run now. Has bags of pace too.

Gakpo is a very elegant footballer. The kind of player I’d say the proper football men like @neilld and @Aertel220 enjoy watching

If Ibrahimovic could move like Haaland we’d be talking top 5 all time. Haaland is a cheat code, makes space for others just being there, teams can’t play high line against him, just giving KDB and the like time to get their head up. He’s very underrated technically as well.

But this is absolutely incredible, how could someone think he’s overrated???

MacAllister is a technician. Very close.

Hansi Flick’s aggregate record in 156 minutes of managing in Barcelona v Bayern Munich Champions League ties since 2020 is F12 A3.

Put him in any of the top 6 sides in England and they are immediately favourites to win the league - can’t think of any other player that could be said about. Onto 44 goals in 42 CL games now.

Kelleher probably in the top 5/6 goalkeepers in the EPL.

Haaland is a great man for the small occasion.

Joe Gomez would be a great signing for Bayern going on tonight.

Switching over to Liverpool-RB Leipzig now FC Bayern don’t look like doing anything. Leipzig potentially pointless coming to Celtic Park on matchday 4.

There were lads laughing at me here 18 months ago when I said he’d be a decent option for a West Ham or a Brentford. He’s shown his quality since then. He’s 100% a Premier League keeper.

He’s better than what Spurs, Chelsea, Newcastle, etc. have.

Just the sheer size of him, and the explosiveness of him, I’d be surprised if he can avoid serious injury at some point. Madrid should’ve put the M’Bappe money into him.
