Champions League - Last 16

Disgraceful by Ferdinand there clapping in the refereeā€™s face.:frowning:

Fuck, some pissed off manc players thereā€¦ they are not used to this kind of shoddy treatment from an officialā€¦ esp in El Teatro de los Suenos

thats brilliant jimmy:D

We were robbed

Mourinhoā€™s pretty funny. He goes out of his way to make a low key exit with no grandstanding a couple of minutes before the end of each half, strolling casually down the touchline pretending heā€™s doing his utmost to stay out of the limelight.

Acording to TFK ref, Chocolate Mice, it was 6 minā€¦ somehow the ref on the pitch had different opinion. FIFA need to get this sorted.

Heā€™s the next united manager

Why do United always shit themselves when they are in the ascendancy? They canā€™t handle pressure - Arsenal, Man City, Bayern Munich - all skeletons in Fergusonā€™s closet.

and they will go on about nanis red card, and will not even mention or discuss Carrick pulling back Kaka who was in on goal.[/quote]

Thereā€™s no doubt that was a free. But you have to respect that some decisions are more crucial than others. United were well on top at time of the ridiculous red card but afterward Real had the space that United previously suffocated. Still you have to take advantage of it and Mourinho did that with an immediate substitution. Iā€™m sick we lost, and sick at the decision, but we had the chances to score more than Madrid over the 2 legs.

It was 11 v 12 simple as

His ability to rub it in while appearing not to rub it in is just priceless. As for the interview, brilliant! Even better!

I am in me bollox.

Jose, ā€œthe best team lostā€. Jesus he wants the united job so badly itā€™s funny. Real full value for their victory, took their chances and thatā€™s what matters.

Thatā€™s fair enough but Madrid were always more likely to go aggressive as the game went on and I think Real actually improved from the United goal onwards. The decision certainly ended the game.

If jose said the better team lost then what can i add.

Scrunchie, a class act right to the end. Hard luck pal.

Keane saying it was the right call.

Nah, its just Jose being Jose.

Roy Keane says it was a sending off. I think I may have to change my opinion of the incident

United lost their way completely after sending off, they were the better team until then.

Anyone know the odds of a German team winning CL? Iā€™ve winnings to reinvest.

I hate Brian Kerr
