I think Galatasaray will give a decent rattle at putting Juve out, i backed them at 4/1 anyway, pity the game wasnt on at the old Ali Sami Yen as we’d be in for a decent evening,
there appears to be shag all else decent, even tho they have nothing to play for i wouldnt put it past Socieadad putting one over a deplorably inept Leverkusen even tho the krauts need a result.
Shatkatr and united has potential and man city at 7/1 is a crazy price at Munich in a meaningless game
im off out to buy a Galatasaray shirt
Conte is fucking seething here

Antonio Conte is a creep. Think Tevez has now gone 4 years without a goal in the Champions League.

he was totally rattled at HT, id hate to see my manager like that, the HT team talk was a proper bitching session id say, they were beat then
look, the pitch was bad for both teams, now im sure the turks probably turned off the hot water in the juve team hotel last night amoungst other shenanigans to esnure they were rattled already even before KO.
there is nothing more pitiful than seeing someone moan about the conditions like he was, man up to fuck will you

didnt Brian Kerr do a similar trick to Lithuiania when the Faroes beat them, he played the game in one of the many windswept islands and ensure their dressing room was in bits before the game… only banter after all
James Milner has been outstanding once more tonight and gets a deserved goal

3-2 to city now, 1 more and I think they top the group?
I see the press are slating Pellegrini for not knowing that another goal would have given them top spot in the group. It is shocking to think that he wasnt aware of this.

Yes, let’s ignore the fact that they beat the European Champions away from home.

Fucking hell. I’m gutted to have missed the Galatasaray-Juventus game. I’ve only just found out it was even on.

Great result.

could have a major bearing as if all the English clubs finish top then city will probably get Real or barca… city’s home form and ability to score away really makes them a serious contender for champs lge…

Few good games on tonight. Which one will you be watching, chaps?

I’ll be watching the Milan-Ajax game if I can find a good stream, will probably have the Napoli-Arsenal game on the TV. No stadium around beats the San Siro on a CL night, the atmosphere is immense and Milan’s tradition in this competition is something to be in awe of. Having Kaka back pulling the strings is also nostalgic, I fully expect them to go through even though they have been poor this season and Ajax have impressed so far - Milan usually seem to find a way in this competition and I’m expecting a cracking game and a cracking atmosphere.

I’ll be watching Barcelona-Celtic. Is Izaguirre injured or suspended? He’s not in the squad tonight. Adam Matthews returns after his long injury lay-off and I presume he’s playing left back (rather than Ledley).

Forster,
Lustig, Ambrose, Van Dijk, Matthews,
Brown, Biton, Ledley,
Boerrigter, Pukki, Samaras.

@Bandage
How do you think Arsenal will get on tonight?

im watching napoli / arsenal as i think itll be decent
i agree with everything you say about Milan Totti, i recently added to the things that are right thread “milan at home in the european cup”, Milan, Anderlect and Galatasaray fit this bill perfectly, HOWEVER i am backing Ajax at an outrageous 9/2 to beat them tonight.
Milan are very poor this season, i caught the end of them vs Livorno and it wasnt great on sat night, Ajax play in a pretty shit league and when i saw the game vs Barca in the Nou Camp in September i thought, holy fuck these jokers are woeful BUT they are solidly improving and i think will be too good for a creaking Milan.

elsewhere Basle 7/2 are way overpriced at Shalke, The Bundesliga w/o the big 2 is terribly overrated with some awful teams , i saw maccabi TA rip Frankfurt apart a few weeks ago in the UEFA cup and football here isnt great by any means, Bayern are regularly putting 8 or 9 goals past teams and Lverkusen who are awful are second in the league yet got tonked by united at home 5-0… anyway Basle can never be underestimated, 2 wins over Chelsea show their ability and they are not 7/2 to beat these Krauts tonight- watch out for Mohammed Salah

bojan is a disgusting human being, he’d be rightly murdered if he ever entered Serbia
