A lad from the academy scoring the first goal tonight assisted by another academy boy. Then Β£14 million Alvarez doing that - City are an inspiration for clubs trying to do things the right way.

Not everyone can go out and spend Β£70M on fully formed 30 year old multi champions league winning players from Real Madrid. Other clubs have to buy potential and hope a good environment can develop them in a good manner.
