The penalty award by Willie Collum tonight. He’s some idiot.
It was a terrific spot. Few would have seen any foul there.
Van Persie had a few thinly veiled digs at team-mates and the manager on Dutch TV post game apparently.
He said something about their fitness regime leading to too many injuries apparently.
RVP “we played bad but they didn’t create much either. The chance I had went pretty good but the shot was to hasty and if you only get one chance in a match like this…you need to score it.”
Jack van Gelder (interviewer) asked if Robin feels frustrated to be isolated all the time and because of that feels the urge to drop back.
RvP: “I do, because certain team mates keep playing in my area and constantly moving to me which makes it extremely hard for me to also play there. I now constantly have to make a run to a different position to avoid this.”
Interview: Do you know what is wrong with this United?
RvP: “Yeah but, I won’t point fingers, because im not like that.”

Robin got what went there for, he’d do well to get out now before any further shit sticks to him.

Harsh on welbeck
RvP won’t point finger, but he has no problem with rape.

What an arrogant cunt. Two good seasons in 10 and he thinks he’s a world beater.
Is every Dutch footballer a complete and utter wanker?
I was only on the toilet reading Sid Lowe’s Barca Real book (woof!) and was reading about Laudrup’s treatment by Cruyff.
“Arsehole” was the Dane’s succinct description of the Dutchman.
RvP would seriously want to watch himself, if keeps mouthing off like that he will find himself on a 300k a week contract.

It’s not just their footballers
6 games so far and all of the second legs are already dead rubbers.
definitely not at Vidic tho, the man is a rock
yeah there is hope for the Atletico Madrid/Milan tie.
i fully expect Atleti (WOOF) to bottle it , Milan to win 1-0 and take it on spotters
last night Olympiakos were the first home team to win a tie… tonight isnt great either, Madrid could beat Schalke by anything they want really, Galatasaray will rattle Chelsea but that is all. the kissing and hugging between Drogba and Mourinho tonight will be nauseating.
Hopefully John Terry kicks him around the park

Will be interesting to see if Maureen will have a pop off Drogba’s diving and falling around the place if there are contentious moments as a result of said play acting.
It’s the end of February and the best Champions League game so far has been Celtic v Karagandy.
I find the Dutch very entertaining. They are a cocky lot, but I find them very sound.
