Champions League - Round of 4

Atletico Madrid v Chelsea on ITV coming up in 10 minutes.

Real Madrid v Bayern Munich tomorrow.

Hon Atletico.

Atletico Madrid: Courtois, Juanfran, Miranda, Godin, Filipe Luis, Raul Garcia, Gabi, Mario Suarez, Koke, Diego, Diego Costa. Subs: Aranzubia, Tiago, Villa, Turan, Rodriguez, Sosa, Alderweireld.

Chelsea: Cech, Azpilicueta, Cahill, Terry, Cole, Mikel, Luiz, Lampard, Ramires, Torres, Willian. Subs: Schwarzer, Oscar, Schurrle, van Ginkel, Ba, Ake, Kalas.

Chelsea have retreated straight into their own half with a 4-1-4-1 formation. Torres will be running around on his own up there.

Can’t see chelski getting anything here…they will sit way too deep and invite way too much pressure on themselves

I’ve gone for 3-0 on the other thread and I think the next week will see Maureen come under serious pressure for his job.

Cech is gone.

Ho ho ho.

Eva Canerio…Woof!

Cech looked ok until she started manipulating him. Luiz’s fault pushed Costa under Cech.

Terry tried a sly ‘connecting with Diego Costa while clearing the ball’ earlier.

Costa squared up to the cunt and you could almost see Terry cowering.

Why isn’t the great Arda Turan playing?

He has been out since getting injured against Barca back 3 or 4 weeks ago.

It’s madness but he doesn’t play every match for them. He’s a wonderful player.

Chelsea have defended really well so far.i can’t see them keeping this up…someone’s going to fuck up at some stage…

The cunts will probably sneak one on the break

MArk Schwartzer is the oldest player ever to play in the knockout stages of the Champions League

Raul Garcia is excellent in the air (and may end up scoring) but I think Atleti have relied too much on firing hopeful balls in his direction.

All these high balls are “meat and drink” to Cahill and Terry.

I predicted 1-1 earlier-I hope I’m wrong. Atletico’s crossing has been abysmal, particularly Koke. They look blunt so far with very little imagination. Here’s hoping for a better 2nd half.

Simeone’s hairstyle is fucking ridiculous for a grown man.

Who was arguing against players being made to leave the field after treatment a couple of weeks back? Pure playacting by David Luiz.
