Champions League - Round of 4

George will shortly let us know that a goal for Atletico will still put them through.

Ray beat him to it.

Those two defenders should never have allowed Willian get between them.

George waffling on absolutely oblivious to Willian’s crossfield run and excellent turn, the ball breaking to Cesar what’s his name and his pull back arrowing straight to Torres to fire home.

“3 of them out there and they didn’t deal with it and they didn’t pick up the run of Azpilicueta and then the shot from Torres took a deflection.”

That was a decent goal. Why is Ray’s instinct to moan about it in his whiny annoying voice? I think RTÉ have long since mistaken the credit they got for constructive criticism in the past for an instruction to just whinge about everything and knock everyone.

Bang on, pal. Willian was tremendous there and barely a mention of it.

“He’s just got to have a look across the line hasn’t he? As the lone striker he has to have a look.” Fuck off Raymond.

Mark Lawrenson is far worse.[/QUOTE]
That’s true. He’s probably unbeatable at this stage.

Because he is Scottish?

Azpilicueta has had a very good run of games in the last while.

Diego Costa doesn’t convince me at all and I find it difficult to see him get any change out of Terry and Cahill. He certainly doesn’t have a brilliant touch on the ground.

Ah lovely.

Diego Costa making Madzukic look like Suarez here. Brutal. And with that an equalizer!

Rameriz wants shooting for not booting that clear

“That was all down to Eden Hazard not chasing back. Played across between Cahill and Terry who can’t get to it… He’s hit it into the ground.”

Now Hazard clearly switched off but Ray’s initial reaction to another good goal with a couple of decent passes in it was to criticise again.

Ray’s like an auld fella watching a hurling match.

Was it Cole rather than Ramires who seemingly decided to allow the ball run past him to Lopez after a straining Terry couldn’t reach it initially?

I’m off to make a cup of tea and to locate another Easter Egg to crack into. Catch y’all in 5, lads.

Thought it was Ramires but could well have been Cole, whichever has the funky haircut. Shocking ballwatching whoever it was

Cole it was, awful stuff. I wish to express my sincere apologies to Ramires
