I don’t think it’s a coincidence that Roma were wearing the same colours as Liverpool and Barcelona the same colours as Manchester City.

From what I saw it was probably his worst night on a football pitch. Did a few nice things near the end but up till then did fuck all really. They have bought absolutely abysmally in recent years and can’t get the ball up to him and Suarez anymore against good teams

Good result for Messi tonight with a view to the World Cup. He hasn’t been fully fit recently. With the league already in the bag he can put his feet up between now and then.
Valverde has done a remarkable job to have Barcelona so far ahead but they’ve recruited dreadfully in the last seven or eight years.
