Cheers - The Greatest US Sitcom of All Time

I wasn’t a fan of Kirsty Alley I have to say.

Oh I thought she was class. But she was done by the time Berenger showed up, as were most of them I guess.

It was bland white America. Like friends. Meh

Woody getting laid

Norm and Cliffs big night out

This is a great scene.

Coach’s best friend has died and they are having a memorial service in the bar. Turns out he was propositioning Coach’s wife and the wives of loads of other friends. They all got mad and stormed out.

All of a sudden Diane walks up and sings Amazing Grace and all the lads walk back in and join her. And that’s it for the episode.

Great programme but Diane was some pain in the hole in it.

What a performance by this lady.

After Coach left Cheers it was never the same.

The episode of Frasier where Martin attends the parole hearing is excellently done.

I was recently watching an episode of Cheers where Frasier told the guys that his father was also a psychiatrist but died before he could see Frasier become one.

Funny how an entire series was made in part about how far away from a psychiatrist Frasier’s Dad was.

I think Sam referenced the discussion in part when he appeared in Frasier.

He did indeed. They laughed if off by Fraiser saying to Martin that they were fighting earlier that day or something like that.
