Signing in. I was a huge fan of ‘Lady in Red’ as a pre-pubescent young lad.
Dunph mate, do you remember that time I saved you from that crazy pimp in Antwerp? Well I’m calling in that favour. Send this shit to the dungeon.
A terrific performance from Chris here. Proud to be Irish
Admins, dungeon with this.
Booooooooo
Lady in Red is a great Liverpool song too.
The line “all the highlights in your hair” is about when Chris was first going out with Diane and he had to miss Match Of The Day to fulfil a date. Despite his future wife’s luscious coiffure, when Chris looked at it he could only think about what the King, Terry McDermott and Phil Thompson were doing on the pitch. That shows what a true Scouser he is.
LIR was a great favourite amongst our merry band of Irish supporters in Poland too. A particularly memorable version of it was sung on the train from Berlin to Poznan the day before the Croatia match.
Great lad altogether. Just don’t volunteer any of your kids for au pair duties.
The man healed Markus Babbel when no one else could. He is a god.
I really, really hope the rest of this Late Late Show is dedicated to Chris.
Spellbinding live version of A Spaceman Came Travelling and Patricia The Stripper there.
Signing in.
12 posts and not one of them of the daughters tits. You lot disgust me.
That cunt Geldof could learn a lot from Chris.
And here it is.
One of the greatest moments in this long and storied show’s history.
“Lovely hurling” Tubridy the cunt spouted after De Burgh finished a song a while ago.
They’re like two fried eggs on an ironing board.
Not the new and improved ones
Fantastic scenes in studio as the audience realise they know all the words …
