I sent him an invite.
Back in January I was talking to one of the 31 apostles of Davy. He was telling me that the squad were doing S&C sessions for 26 days in the month of January alone. The idea was to front load the work in Jan and Feb and just keep it topped up for the rest of the season. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing, sounded absolutely mental.
Ya that seems sound scientifically 
Be like saying you are sleeping through winter so you can stay awake all summer.
