Conor Ryan, the 2013 centre back is doing the coaching. He has been involved with development squads in recent times but in peripheral roles. Has very little coaching experience. Now he may well develop into a fine coach in time but the team certainly doesnât look particularly fluid on the ball or well coached without it.
