That showed what type of place the Clare camp is.

Only one player did that who was notorious for trying stupid shots from everywhere and was instructed not to shoot from distance.
Hardly an indication of where the panel was and it was a happy camp at the time anyway, it only turned sour during the league last year.

Them two lads that ran the 21s and put top class players on a plate for Davy must be the two most under acknowledged men in GAA. Produced top class quality players and never a peep or word out of the pair of them. I give them more credit for winning the all Ireland senior title than Davy. They were with them players for 6 or 7 years and were still over them in 2013 at under 21 level when Clare won the senior. There was never any drama with that pair - this whole world is against Clare act that went on last summer must seem like awful tripe to well educated and class young players.

Once alcohol is not abused what is the problem? If their is a blatant breach and a right booze up a wk before a game well then just drop the players for a game like the Kerry footballers did a few years back en route to winning the all Ireland. in fact they just put them on the bench and brought them on. No need for draconian measures

You would need to know how to coach and manage and have the comfort in the work you had done to not resort to these stupid methods.
