Gilli rolled back the years today for the Bridge who were well deserved winners. They have been the best side in the county all year and deserved champions. Stack has made little difference in Clon. No different to the side that has cone up short under the three previous managers. Surprised he seemed to have no plan to deal with Malone or Golden from the start. Clon would have been far better off looking for someone more progressive from outsife rather than an old school fella with a big name.
A rumour gathering legs in Clare at the moment is that a star Inter County forward will be transferring to play for Sixmilebridge next year as he is moving to the Mid West with work. I assume he still play for his county side.
